All intellectual property (IP) rights in the Rocklabs App and its contents are owned by Rocklabs Scott Automation company (NZ) and developed by Conical Ltd, and you may not use, copy, or alter the Rocklabs App in any way except as set out in these terms.
You are granted a free license to download and use the Rocklabs App for your personal, individual, and non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use, copying, publication, or exhibition of the Rocklabs App requires prior written agreement with Conical Ltd.
When using the Rocklabs App, you should act responsibly, ensure personal safety, and be aware of your surroundings.
The Rocklabs App may access certain device features, such as the camera, to enhance your VR experience. It allows you to capture virtual scenes or images within the app, and these captures may be stored locally on your device.
The Rocklabs App does not collect your personal data, access images outside of the app, or record location details of your device.

Our VR experience does not collect any personal data or sensitive information from users. We do not process Meta Platforms Technologies User Data or Device User Data (“User Data”). We do not collect or store any data about users, including data received from Meta Platforms Technologies.
